Move
Ableton Move is a hardware device from Ableton designed to offer an accessible entry point into music-making. The goal was to design an onboarding experience that felt both on-brand and meaningful. While Ableton is known for premium hardware, Move is a more budget-friendly device, so production costs needed to be considered carefully. As with other Ableton products, sustainability was an important focus throughout the process.
Together with product owners, industrial designers, and a UX researcher, we designed a simple onboarding flow and iterated on it through continuous user testing.
